 OOIDA Update

The chapter 11 exit of SIRVA, Inc. effectively reduced the Allied Van Lines portion of the OOIDA settlement 47% from $1,800,000 to $954,000.  AAA anticipated this might happen and included a provision in the OOIDA settlement which you signed that will in turn lower your payment accordingly.

The agreement signed by Agents had three $600,000 payments in the aggregate in years 2008, 2009, and 2010.  Year 2010 had an incentive to reduce the payment 60% based upon revenues of 2009 vs. 2008.

AAA is working with SIRVA, Inc. to adjust the 2009 and 2010 installments based upon the chapter 11 reductions referred to above.  AAA will advise the Agents family shortly upon resolution.
