The Hilton has arrangements with Windy City Limousine, phone 866-949-4639.  They offer a shuttle rate to the hotel of $28.00 for the first person and $10.00 for each additional booked with the same reservation.  When calling, ask for this shuttle rate.

Meeting Announcement
 
The AAA Spring Meeting will be held on May 5-6, 2010 at the Lisle/Naperville Hilton with May 4, 2010 and the afternoon/evening of May 6, 2010 as travel days.  The Lisle/Naperville Hilton has an outstanding reputation for food, meeting space, and has recently upgraded their facilities.
 
Agent input received regarding the AAA meeting supports the selection of a convenient location at a reasonable cost.  Agents also desire that the meeting should focus on closure of past issues including the Agency Contract.
 
An off-property dinner (sponsored by TransGuard) will be held for AAA attendees the evening of May 5, 2010 which will include food, beverage, and round-trip transportation.  This dinner substitutes the open evening from the past years.
 
Registration will open on May 4th.  There will be an open bar from 4 to 7 adjacent to the registration area.  The evening of May 4th will be “open”.   You may arrange transportation to restaurants (10 new ones) in the area through the bell captain.
 
A competitive room rate of $99.00 has been negotiated along with a superior meeting set up with classroom seating and separate space for food and beverage privately selected for our group.
