Update

The Allied Agents Association is in active negotiation with Allied Van Lines, Inc. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of SIRVA, Inc.) dealing with the agency contract into the future.  Negotiations have proceeded on a positive basis with a combination of face to face meetings and conference calls.  Issues of importance to both sides are on the table with limited but constructive progress to date.

On November 5-6, 2008 the Allied Agents Association Board and Committee Chair are scheduled to meet in Naperville, Illinois.  The purpose of the meeting is to discuss issues of importance to the agency system of Allied Van Lines, Inc. that include, among other items, the agency contractual relationship with its Van Line.
